Each plant is wrapped in parchment paper, secured in its pot and padded with poly-fill to protect foliage and roots. We take packaging seriously to ensure your plant arrives safely.

📍 Where do you ship from?

We ship from Colorado, USA. All plants are grown and acclimated in controlled conditions before shipping.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

🔁 Do you accept returns or refunds?

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We work with all of our clients in every situation to create the best experience possible.
